We provide advice and property development services to Multinational Corporates in industries that have specific real estate needs for their operations. For example oil & gas, beverage, logistics, mining, farming, real estate etc.
NGOs and other institutions
We own land and develop property. We cater especially for NGOs and other intuitions who have need for specific real estate but might not be able to own it. Maple Tree Advisory gives you an option to rent.
Investors
We advise investors who are in need of land or properties but do not necessarily have a local network and knowledge of Ugandan legislation and procedures.
About the Directors
The Directors have a combined experience in Uganda of over 24 years in construction, operations, land acquisition, farming and other industries.
The Directors are from Dutch and Canadian origin with work experience in Uganda, UK, France and Netherlands. Moreover, they have vast knowledge of the Finance, Power, Construction, Farming, Export and NGO sector. We have an excellent professional Ugandan team that is the backbone of the operations.
